The Bears (9-19) will now prepare for their contest against John Paul II (Plano, TX). The Cardinals enter the TAPPS 6A District 2 contest with a 30-13 record. In their last contest, John Paul II got by Bishop Lynch (Dallas, TX), 3-0, in a league battle.

The Friars now own a 19-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Prestonwood Christian for a TAPPS 6A District 2 battle on Thursday, October 16. Bishop Lynch will encounter a Lions squad coming off a 3-1 league win over Legacy Christian Academy (Frisco, TX). The Lions record now stands at 30-4.
