With the win, St. Paul improves its record to 21-10 on the season. The Cardinals travel to Sacred Heart (Hallettsville, TX) to encounter the Indians in a TAPPS 2A District 6 battle on Thursday, October 16. The Indians go into the battle with a record of 16-17. Sacred Heart won 3-0 in their recent league battle against Faith Academy (Victoria, TX)

The Warriors now own a 1-12 record. They take the field next when they host SA Saints for a non-league contest on Tuesday, October 21. Bracken Christian will meet a Saints team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Somerset Academy Collegiate (San Antonio, TX). The Saints record now stands at 23-9.
