In Tuesday's league challenge, the visiting Carroll County Cavaliers volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Floyd County Buffaloes.
The Cavaliers (9-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Radford (Radford, VA). The Bobcats come into the Three Rivers challenge with a 16-1 record. In their last challenge, Radford beat Glenvar (Salem, VA), 3-0, in a league test.
The Buffaloes now sport a 6-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to James River for a Three Rivers test on Thursday, October 16. Floyd County will face a Knights squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Glenvar (Salem, VA). The Knights record now stands at 12-7.
