Illinois High School Volleyball - Coal City Peotone

The Coal City Coalers volleyball squad (Coal City, IL), dropped 2-0 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Peotone Blue Devils (Peotone, IL)

With the win, Peotone improves its record to 18-9 on the season. The Blue Devils travel to Manteno (Manteno, IL) to battle the Panthers in a Illinois Central Eight contest on Thursday, October 16. The Panthers enter the contest with a record of 22-4. Manteno won 2-1 in their recent league contest against Lisle (Lisle, IL)

Next, the Coalers battle the Beecher Bobcats (Beecher, IL) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, October 15. Coal City will attempt to move on its 14-14 season record. The Bobcats go into the battle with a 13-10 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Rantoul (Rantoul, IL).
