Collinsville Pirates (Collinsville, TX) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they observed their volleyball team overcome the visiting Trenton Tigers (Trenton, TX), 3-0 in a league challenge.

The Pirates (25-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Whitewright (Whitewright, TX). The Tigers enter the 2A Region II District 10 challenge with a 23-11 record. In their last challenge, Whitewright beat Tom Bean (Tom Bean, TX), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Tigers meet the Whitewright Tigers (Whitewright, TX) in a 2A Region II District 10 challenge, on Tuesday, October 21. Trenton will attempt to improve on its 7-15 season record.
