Tennessee High School Volleyball - Covington tips Millington Central

October 14, 2025: Millington, TN 38053

In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the visiting Covington Chargers volleyball team scored a close 3-2 triumph over the Millington Central Trojans.

With the win, Covington improves its record to 17-7 on the season. The Chargers host Crockett County (Alamo, TN) to face the Cavaliers in a non-league test on Thursday, October 16. The Cavaliers go into the test with a record of 28-9. Crockett County lost 3-0 in their recent league test against Dyer County (Newbern, TN)

The Trojans now own a 17-15 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Dyer County for a non-league test on Tuesday, October 14. Millington Central will face a Choctaws squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Bolivar Central (Bolivar, TN). The Choctaws record now stands at 33-8.
