Texas High School Volleyball - Economedes bounced by Pharr-San Juan-Alamo

The Economedes Jaguars volleyball squad (Edinburg, TX), was defeated 3-0 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Bears (San Juan, TX)

With the win, Pharr-San Juan-Alamo improves its record to 26-9 on the season. The Bears travel to Weslaco (Weslaco, TX) to meet the Panthers in a 6A Region IV District 31 challenge on Saturday, October 18. The Panthers enter the challenge with a record of 22-16. Weslaco won 3-0 in their recent league challenge against Edinburg North (Edinburg, TX)

Next, the Jaguars meet the Edinburg Bobcats (Edinburg, TX) in a 6A Region IV District 31 test, on Saturday, October 18. Economedes will attempt to improve on its 7-18 season record. The Bobcats go into the test with a 27-14 record after their 3-0 league win over La Joya (La Joya, TX).
