In Tuesday's league challenge, the host Mountain View Thunder volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Evergreen Plainsmen.
The Thunder (4-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Prairie (Vancouver, WA). The Falcons come into the 3A Greater St. Helens challenge with a 11-5 record. In their last challenge, Prairie gained a win over Heritage (Vancouver, WA), 3-0, in a league test.
The Plainsmen now sport a 0-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Kelso for a 3A Greater St. Helens test on Thursday, October 16. Evergreen will face a Hilanders squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Emerald Ridge (South Hill, WA). The Hilanders record now stands at 4-5.
