West Virginia High School Volleyball - Hedgesville over Jefferson

In Tuesday's league challenge, the visiting Hedgesville Eagles volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Jefferson Cougars.

The Eagles (31-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Philip Barbour (Philippi, WV). The Colts come into the non-league challenge with a 32-7 record. In their last challenge, Philip Barbour beat Martinsburg (Martinsburg, WV), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Cougars face the East Hardy Cougars (Baker, WV) in a non-league game, on Thursday, October 16. Jefferson will attempt to advance on its 8-16 season record. The Cougars go into the game with a 13-6 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Pendleton County (Franklin, WV).
