The Islamic Foundation Chargers volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting Unity Christian Academy Phoenix to 0 in the Chargers non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Chargers now have a 17-4 record. They play next when they host Aqsa for a non-league outing on Wednesday, October 15. Islamic Foundation will play a Legends team coming off a 2-0 league win over College Prep of America (Lombard, IL). The Legends record now stands at 7-4.

With the loss, Unity Christian Academy drops to 4-10 on the campaign. The Phoenix travel to Morgan Park Academy (Chicago, IL) to clash with the Warriors in a non-league bout on Friday, October 17. The Warriors come into the bout with a record of 20-2. Morgan Park Academy won 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Daystar Academy (Chicago, IL)
