Virginia High School Volleyball - Lancaster over Northumberland

In Tuesday's league challenge, the host Lancaster Red Devils volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Northumberland Indians.

The Red Devils (15-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Westmoreland (Montross, VA). The Eagles go into the Northern Neck test with a 12-4 record. In their last test, Westmoreland achieved victory over Colonial Beach (Colonial Beach, VA), 3-1, in a league test.

The Indians now own a 9-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Essex for a Northern Neck test on Thursday, October 16. Northumberland will face a Trojans squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Rappahannock (Warsaw, VA). The Trojans record now stands at 3-12.
