Colorado High School Volleyball - Swink over Las Animas

Fans at Tuesday's non-league contest between the Swink Lions (Swink, CO) and the host Las Animas Trojans (Las Animas, CO), observed Swink's volleyball team top Las Animas by a count of 3-0.

The Lions (15-4) will now prepare for their contest against Rye (Rye, CO). The Thunderbolts enter the non-league contest with a 12-5 record. In their last contest, Rye notched a victory over Rocky Ford (Rocky Ford, CO), 3-0, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Trojans encounter the Springfield Longhorns (Springfield, CO) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, October 21. Las Animas will attempt to improve on its 6-12 season record.
