The Lawrence County Bulldogs (Louisa, KY) volleyball held off the visiting West Carter Comets (Olive Hill, KY), 3-2 in Tuesday's non-league match.
Next up, the Bulldogs battle the Johnson Central Golden Eagles (Paintsville, KY) in a non-league match, on Thursday, October 16. Lawrence County will attempt to move on its 9-14 season record. The Golden Eagles enter the match with a 17-13 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Breathitt County (Jackson, KY).
The Comets (14-8) will now prepare for their match against Greenup County (Greenup, KY). The Musketeers go into the non-league battle with a 21-7 record. In their last battle, Greenup County tipped West Carter (Olive Hill, KY), 3-0, in a non-league battle.
