Fans at Tuesday's league contest between the Vandegrift Vipers (Austin, TX) and the host Manor Mustangs (Manor, TX), observed Vandegrift's volleyball team top Manor by a count of 3-0.

The Vipers (21-20) will now prepare for their battle against Hutto (Hutto, TX). The Hippos go into the 6A Region IV District 25 battle with a 13-26 record.

The Mustangs now own a 5-29 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hutto for a 6A Region IV District 25 battle on Friday, October 17. Manor will encounter a Hippos squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Stony Point (Round Rock, TX). The Hippos record now stands at 13-26.
