With the win, Marshall County improves its record to 17-4 on the season. The Marshals host Community Christian (Paducah, KY) to face the Warriors in a non-league test on Thursday, October 16. The Warriors go into the test with a record of 6-19. Community Christian lost 3-0 in their recent league test against McCracken County (Paducah, KY)

The Blue Tornado now have a 5-17 record. They play next when they host Murray for a non-league challenge on Thursday, October 16. Paducah Tilghman will meet a Tigers team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Hickman County (Clinton, KY). The Tigers record now stands at 9-11.
