Fans at Tuesday's league contest between the Winnacunnet Warriors (Hampton, NH) and the visiting Nashua South Purple Panthers (Nashua, NH), observed Winnacunnet's volleyball team top Nashua South by a count of 3-1.

The Warriors (4-11) will now prepare for their contest against Timberlane (Plaistow, NH). The Owls enter the Division I contest with a 6-9 record. In their last contest, Timberlane was knocked off by Bishop Guertin (Nashua, NH), 3-0, in a league contest.

Next, the Purple Panthers battle the Merrimack Tomahawks (Merrimack, NH) in a Division I contest, on Wednesday, October 15. Nashua South will attempt to move on its 2-12 season record. The Tomahawks go into the battle with a 5-13 record after their 3-0 league loss to Salem (Salem, NH).
