Oregon High School Volleyball - North Douglas tips Powers

In Tuesday's league challenge, the visiting North Douglas volleyball team scored a close 3-2 victory over the Powers Cruisers.
The (17-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Umpqua Valley Christian (Roseburg, OR). The Monarchs go into the 1A Skyline test with a 15-3 record. In their last test, Umpqua Valley Christian tipped Pacific (Port Orford, OR), 3-0, in a league test.
The Cruisers now own a 10-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Camas Valley for a 1A Skyline test on Thursday, October 16. Powers will face a Hornets squad coming off a 3-1 league loss to Yoncalla (Yoncalla, OR). The Hornets record now stands at 4-6.
