In Tuesday's league test, the host Westbury Huskies volleyball squad scored a 3-0 win over the Sharpstown Apollos.

With the win, Westbury improves its record to 7-12 on the season. The Huskies host Sterling (Houston, TX) to face the Raiders in a 5A Region III District 21 test on Saturday, October 18. The Raiders go into the test with a record of 1-15. Sterling lost 3-0 in their recent league test against Madison (Houston, TX)

The Apollos now own a 7-13 record. They play next when they host Galena Park for a 5A Region III District 21 challenge on Friday, October 17. Sharpstown will meet a Yellowjackets team coming off a 3-1 league win over Waltrip (Houston, TX). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 21-14.
