The Woodsboro Eagles topped the host Three Rivers Bulldogs volleyball squad by a final score of 3-1 in Tuesday's league outing.

The Eagles now possess a 10-9 record. They play next when they travel to Skidmore-Tynan for a 2A Region IV District 31 outing on Friday, October 17. Woodsboro will play a Bobcats team coming off a 3-0 league win over Refugio (Refugio, TX). The Bobcats record now stands at 16-7.

With the loss, Three Rivers drops to 3-18 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Freer (Freer, TX) to confront the Buckaroos in a 2A Region IV District 31 game on Friday, October 17. The Buckaroos enter the game with a record of 22-8. Freer lost 3-0 in their recent league game against Agua Dulce (Agua Dulce, TX)
