The Alvarado Indians volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Hillsboro Eagles to 0 in the Indians league victory on Friday.
The Indians now have a 19-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Venus for a 4A Region II District 11 game on Friday, October 22. Alvarado will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Midlothian Heritage (Midlothian, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 0-18.
The Eagles (13-16) will now prepare for their game against Godley (Godley, TX). The Wildcats enter the 4A Region II District 11 game with a 28-8 record. In their last game, Godley gained a win over Ferris (Ferris, TX), 3-0, in a league game.
