New Mexico High School Volleyball - Farmington can't hold off La Cueva

In Saturday's league battle, the host La Cueva Bears volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the Farmington Scorpions.
The Bears (9-2) will now prepare for their battle against Eldorado (Albuquerque, NM). The Golden Eagles come into the battle with a 3-7 record. In their last battle, Eldorado was edged by West Mesa (Albuquerque, NM), 2-1, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Scorpions encounter the Fruita Monument Wildcats (Fruita, CO) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, October 15. Farmington will attempt to move on its 11-16 season record.
