Methuen Rangers (Methuen, MA) fans were thrilled Saturday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Weston Wildcats (Weston, MA), 3-0 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Rangers face the North Andover Scarlet Knights (North Andover, MA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, October 18. Methuen will attempt to better on its 3-9 season record. The Scarlet Knights enter the challenge with a 4-4 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to St. John's Prep (Danvers, MA).

The Wildcats now have a 0-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Newton South for a Dual County challenge on Tuesday, October 18. Weston will face a Lions team coming off a 1-0 league win over Acton-Boxborough (Acton, MA). The Lions record now stands at 9-1.
