The Escalante Lobos volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Mora Rangers/Rangerettes to 0 in the Lobos league triumph on Saturday.
The Lobos (13-2) will now prepare for their battle against Sanford (Sanford, CO). The Mustangs come into the non-league battle with a 14-4 record. In their last battle, Sanford defeated Sargent (Monte Vista, CO), 3-0, in a league battle.
Next, the Rangers/Rangerettes encounter the Cimarron Rams (Cimarron, NM) in a non-league battle, on Monday, October 17. Mora will attempt to move on its 9-6 season record. The Rams come into the battle with a 9-7 record after their 3-0 league win over Wagon Mound (Wagon Mound, NM).
