The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Watervliet Panthers (Watervliet, MI) and the host Lakeshore Lancers (Stevensville, MI), saw Watervliet's volleyball squad beat Lakeshore by a tally of 3-0.
With the win, Watervliet upgrades its record to 30-1 on the year. The Panthers travel to Kalamazoo Central (Kalamazoo, MI) to play the Maroon Giants in a non-league bout on Saturday, October 15. The Maroon Giants go into the bout with a record of 17-14.
The Lancers now own a 1-11 record. They play next when they travel to Bridgman for a non-league bout on Saturday, October 15. Lakeshore will play a Bees squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Gobles (Gobles, MI). The Bees record now stands at 39-4.
