In Saturday's non-league contest, the Northern Valley Huskies (Almena, KS) volleyball squad were winner over the visiting Logan/Palco (Logan, KS), by a margin of 2-0.

Next up, the Huskies face the Greeley County Jackrabbits (Tribune, KS) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, October 15. Northern Valley will attempt to better on its 18-14 season record. The Jackrabbits go into the contest with a 21-9 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Heartland Christian (Colby, KS).
