Mercer Island Islanders (Mercer Island, WA) backers exited the stadium pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Juanita Ravens (Kirkland, WA), 6-0 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Mercer Island advances its record to 9-2 on the campaign. The Islanders travel to Evergreen (Seattle, WA) to clash with the Wolverines in a non-league test on Wednesday, October 16. The Wolverines come into the test with a record of 1-5. Evergreen lost 4-0 in their recent non-league test against Highline (Burien, WA)

The Ravens now have a 4-7 record. They take the field next when they host Newport - Bellevue for a non-league test on Thursday, October 17. Juanita will clash with a Knights team coming off a 1-0 non-league loss to Cedarcrest (Duvall, WA). The Knights record now stands at 1-9.
