The Bayfield Wolverines volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Pagosa Springs Pirates to 1 in the Wolverines league triumph on Tuesday.

The Wolverines now have a 2-1 record. They play next when they host San Juan for a non-league outing on Friday, October 18.

With the loss, Pagosa Springs drops to 1-10 on the campaign. The Pirates travel to Ignacio (Ignacio, CO) to play the Bobcats in a non-league outing on Thursday, October 17. The Bobcats come into the outing with a record of 1-1. Ignacio won 2-0 in their recent league outing against Norwood (Norwood, CO)
