In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the host Staunton Storm volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Stuarts Draft Cougars.
The Storm (10-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Buffalo Gap (Swoope, VA). The Bison enter the non-league challenge with a 5-13 record. In their last challenge, Buffalo Gap was beaten by Fort Defiance (Fort Defiance, VA), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Cougars meet the Waynesboro Little Giants (Waynesboro, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, October 17. Stuarts Draft will attempt to upgrade on its 10-6 season record. The Little Giants enter the challenge with a 6-6 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Staunton (Staunton, VA).
