Atkins Camels (Winston-Salem, NC) backers exited the stadium pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team get by the visiting High Point Central Bison (High Point, NC), 5-4 in a league test.
With the triumph, Atkins advances its record to 10-3 on the campaign. The Camels travel to Rockingham County (Wentworth, NC) to clash with the Cougars in a non-league test on Thursday, October 17. The Cougars come into the test with a record of 5-9. Rockingham County won 5-1 in their recent league test against Northeast Guilford (McLeansville, NC)
The Bison now have a 6-4 record. They take the field next when they host Southern Guilford for a Mid-State 3A test on Thursday, October 17. High Point Central will clash with a Storm team coming off a 4-2 league loss to Dudley (Greensboro, NC). The Storm record now stands at 3-9.
