Mt. Pleasant Vikings (Mt. Pleasant, PA) backers exited the stadium pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team get by the host Charleroi Cougars (Charleroi, PA), 3-2 in a league test.

With the triumph, Mt. Pleasant advances its record to 13-5 on the campaign.

The Cougars now have a 15-1 record. They take the field next when they host Bentworth for a non-league test on Wednesday, October 16. Charleroi will clash with a Bearcats team coming off a 3-0 league win over Bethlehem Center (Fredericktown, PA). The Bearcats record now stands at 14-0.
