Fans at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Waterville Panthers (Waterville, ME) and the visiting Maine Central Institute Huskies (Pittsfield, ME), saw Waterville's soccer squad triumph over Maine Central Institute by a count of 9-0.

The Panthers (11-1) will now prepare for their battle against Winslow (Winslow, ME). The Black Raiders enter the Class B - North battle with a 6-5 record. In their last battle, Winslow ran past Leavitt (Turner, ME), 4-2, in a non-league battle.

Next up, the Huskies confront the Mount View Mustangs (Thorndike, ME) in a Class C - North battle, on Tuesday, October 22. Maine Central Institute will attempt to upgrade on its 2-11 season record. The Mustangs enter the battle with a 12-0 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Oceanside (Rockland, ME).
