Virginia High School Volleyball - Amelia County over Prince Edward County

In Tuesday's league challenge, the host Amelia County Raiders volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Prince Edward County Eagles.

The Raiders (10-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Cumberland (Cumberland, VA). The Dukes enter the James River challenge with a 3-11 record. In their last challenge, Cumberland was beaten by Nottoway (Nottoway, VA), 3-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Eagles meet the Buckingham Knights (Buckingham, VA) in a James River challenge, on Monday, October 21. Prince Edward County will attempt to upgrade on its 2-15 season record. The Knights enter the challenge with a 7-6 record after their 3-1 league win over Randolph-Henry (Charlotte Court House, VA).
