New York High School Volleyball - Shaker over Averill Park

In Tuesday's league challenge, the visiting Shaker Bison volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Averill Park Warriors.
The Bison (12-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Columbia (East Greenbush, NY). The Blue Devils come into the Section 2 Suburban - Grey challenge with a 20-3 record. In their last challenge, Columbia beat Bethlehem Central (Delmar, NY), 3-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the Warriors play the Niskayuna Silver Warriors (Niskayuna, NY) in a Section 2 Suburban - Grey challenge, on Thursday, October 17. Averill Park will attempt to upgrade on its 2-11 season record. The Silver Warriors come into the challenge with a 7-8 record after their 3-2 league win over Saratoga Springs (Saratoga Springs, NY).
