In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the visiting Canton Preparatory Chargers volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Star International Academy Falcons.
The Chargers (13-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Chavez Academy (Detroit, MI). The Aztec Eagles come into the non-league challenge with a 5-7 record. In their last challenge, Chavez Academy beat Trillium Academy (Taylor, MI), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Falcons play the Taylor Prep Tigers (Taylor, MI) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, October 17. Star International Academy will attempt to improve on its 6-11 season record. The Tigers go into the battle with a 8-4 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Merritt Academy (New Haven, MI).
