In Tuesday's league challenge, the host North Eugene Highlanders volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Eagle Point Eagles.
The Highlanders (9-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Ashland (Ashland, OR). The Grizzlies enter the 5A Midwestern challenge with a 5-9 record. In their last challenge, Ashland beat Springfield (Springfield, OR), 3-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the Eagles meet the Springfield Millers (Springfield, OR) in a 5A Midwestern challenge, on Thursday, October 17. Eagle Point will attempt to upgrade on its 2-14 season record. The Millers enter the challenge with a 5-15 record after their 3-0 league loss to Ashland (Ashland, OR).
