New Mexico High School Volleyball - Eunice over Jal

Fans at Tuesday's league contest between the Eunice Cardinals (Eunice, NM) and the host Jal Panthers (Jal, NM), observed Eunice's volleyball team top Jal by a count of 3-0.

The Cardinals (6-10) will now prepare for their contest against Tatum (Tatum, NM). The Coyotes enter the 2A District 4 contest with a 9-5 record. In their last contest, Tatum notched a victory over Loving (Loving, NM), 3-0, in a league contest.

Next, the Panthers battle the Texico Wolverines (Texico, NM) in a 2A District 4 contest, on Thursday, October 17. Jal will attempt to move on its 9-7 season record. The Wolverines enter the contest with a 13-3 record after their 3-0 league win over Hagerman (Hagerman, NM).
