In Tuesday's league challenge, the visiting McLane Highlanders volleyball team scored a close 3-2 victory over the Fresno Warriors.

The Highlanders (4-14) will now prepare for their challenge against Sunnyside (Fresno, CA). The Wildcats enter the CMAC/NYL challenge with a 8-17 record. In their last challenge, Sunnyside got by Madera South (Madera, CA), 3-2, in a league challenge.

Next, the Warriors meet the Torres Toros (Madera, CA) in a CMAC/NYL challenge, on Thursday, October 17. Fresno will attempt to upgrade on its 7-20 season record. The Toros enter the challenge with a 13-13 record after their 3-2 league win over Roosevelt (Fresno, CA).
