In Tuesday's league match, the Gainesville Cardinals (Gainesville, VA) volleyball squad tipped the host Osbourn Park Yellowjackets (Manassas, VA), by a count of 3-2.
Next up, the Cardinals confront the Patriot Pioneers (Nokesville, VA) in a Cedar Run match, on Monday, October 21. Gainesville will attempt to move on its 14-5 season record.
The Yellowjackets (4-12) will now prepare for their match against Freedom (South Riding, VA). The Eagles enter the Cedar Run match with a 11-8 record. In their last match, Freedom held off Osbourn (Manassas, VA), 3-0, in a league match.
