With the win, Idalou improves its record to 22-14 on the season. The Wildcats host Childress (Childress, TX) to face the Bobcats in a 3A Region I District 2 test on Saturday, October 19. The Bobcats go into the test with a record of 15-12. Childress won 3-0 in their recent league test against Littlefield (Littlefield, TX)

The Wildcats now own a 6-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Shallowater for a 3A Region I District 2 test on Saturday, October 19. Littlefield will face a Mustangs squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Tulia (Tulia, TX). The Mustangs record now stands at 25-11.
