Texas High School Volleyball - Vernon over Jacksboro

In Tuesday's league challenge, the visiting Vernon Lions volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Jacksboro Tigers.

The Lions (10-20) will now prepare for their challenge against Iowa Park (Iowa Park, TX). The Hawks come into the 3A Region I District 7 challenge with a 14-12 record. In their last challenge, Iowa Park was beaten by Holliday (Holliday, TX), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Tigers meet the Bowie Jackrabbits (Bowie, TX) in a 3A Region I District 7 challenge, on Friday, October 18. Jacksboro will attempt to upgrade on its 12-18 season record.
