Fans at Tuesday's league contest between the King George Foxes (King George, VA) and the host Spotsylvania Knights (Spotsylvania, VA), observed King George's volleyball team top Spotsylvania by a count of 3-1.

The Foxes (10-4) will now prepare for their contest against Chancellor (Fredericksburg, VA). The Chargers enter the Battlefield contest with a 7-12 record. In their last contest, Chancellor notched a victory over Caroline (Milford, VA), 3-2, in a league contest.

Next, the Knights battle the James Monroe Yellow Jackets (Fredericksburg, VA) in a Battlefield contest, on Thursday, October 17. Spotsylvania will attempt to move on its 1-21 season record. The Yellow Jackets enter the contest with a 8-7 record after their 3-0 league loss to Courtland (Spotsylvania, VA).
