With the win, Nyssa improves its record to 5-18 on the season. The Bulldogs host McLoughlin (Milton-Freewater, OR) to face the Pioneers in a 3A Eastern Oregon test on Friday, October 18. The Pioneers go into the test with a record of 11-9. McLoughlin lost 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Irrigon (Irrigon, OR)

The Tigers now own a 2-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to La Grande for a 4A Greater Oregon test on Tuesday, October 22. Ontario will face a Tigers squad coming off a 3-2 league win over Baker (Baker City, OR). The Tigers record now stands at 6-10.
