The Pine Lake Prep Pride (Mooresville, NC) soccer overwhelmed the host Lincoln Charter Eagles (Denver, NC), 5-1 in Wednesday's non-league battle.
The Pride (8-4) will now prepare for their battle against Langtree Charter Academy (Mooresville, NC). The Lions enter the non-league battle with a 6-2 record. In their last battle, Langtree Charter Academy tipped Mountain Island Charter (Mt. Holly, NC), 2-1, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Eagles battle the Bradford Prep Bears (Charlotte, NC) in a non-league battle, on Monday, October 20. Lincoln Charter will attempt to upgrade on its 4-5 season record. The Bears enter the battle with a 4-8 record after their 1-1 non-league Community School of Davidson (Davidson, NC).
