California High School Volleyball - Santa Clara can't hold off Gunn

In Wednesday's league bout, the Gunn Titans (Palo Alto, CA) volleyball team held off the visiting Santa Clara Bruins (Santa Clara, CA), by a margin of 2-1.
The Titans now possess a 9-17 record. They play next when they travel to Saratoga for a bout on Monday, October 20. Gunn will clash with a Falcons team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Cupertino (Cupertino, CA). The Falcons record now stands at 4-7.
With the loss, Santa Clara drops to 5-8 on the campaign. The Bruins travel to Lynbrook (San Jose, CA) to clash with the Vikings in a bout on Monday, October 20. The Vikings come into the bout with a record of 10-2.
