The Leopards now hold a 6-10 record. They play next when they host North Duplin for a Carolina 1A/2A challenge on Thursday, October 16. Lakewood will encounter a Rebels squad coming off a 3-2 league loss to Hobbton (Newton Grove, NC). The Rebels record now stands at 2-7.

With the defeat, East Columbus drops to 5-7 on the season. The Gators travel to Hobbton (Newton Grove, NC) to face the Wildcats in a Carolina 1A/2A contest on Monday, October 20. The Wildcats enter the contest with a record of 8-8. Hobbton lost 5-4 in their recent league contest against Union (Rose Hill, NC)
