The Falcons now hold a 14-5 record. They play next when they travel to Surry Central for a Northwest 3A/4A challenge on Monday, October 20. Forbush will encounter a Golden Eagles squad coming off a 1-1 league Mount Airy (Mount Airy, NC). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 9-6.

With the loss, West Stokes moves to 5-12 on the year. The Wildcats host East Surry (Pilot Mountain, NC) to encounter the Cardinals in a Northwest 3A/4A challenge on Monday, October 20. The Cardinals go into the challenge with a record of 5-13. East Surry lost 7-1 in their recent league challenge against North Surry (Mount Airy, NC)
