Fans at Wednesday's league battle between the New Hampton School Huskies (New Hampton, NH) and the visiting Proctor Academy Hornets (Andover, NH), saw New Hampton School's soccer squad hold off Proctor Academy by a count of 3-2.

The Huskies (3-7) will now prepare for their match against Brewster Academy National (Wolfeboro, NH). The Bobcats come into the Lakes Region match with a 7-3 record.

The Hornets now sport a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they host Brewster Academy National for a Lakes Region outing on Friday, October 17. Proctor Academy will confront a Bobcats squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Cushing Academy (Ashburnham, MA). The Bobcats record now stands at 7-3.
