Nebraska High School Softball - Elkhorn South topped by Millard North

October 15, 2025: Omaha, NE 68130

Millard North Mustangs (Omaha, NE) fans exited the stadium satisfied Wednesday as they witnessed their softball team run past the host Elkhorn South Storm (Omaha, NE), 12-0 in a non-league match.

The Mustangs (33-4) will now prepare for their match against Papillion-LaVista (Papillion, NE). The Monarchs come into the non-league match with a 27-9 record. In their last match, Papillion-LaVista notched a victory over Lincoln East (Lincoln, NE), 12-5, in a non-league match.

In their next game, the Storm battle the Gretna Dragons (Gretna, NE) in a non-league match, on Thursday, October 16. Elkhorn South will attempt to better on its 23-13 season record. The Dragons enter the game with a 27-8 record after their 9-1 non-league loss to Papillion-LaVista (Papillion, NE).
