Michigan High School Volleyball - Alpena overwhelmed by Traverse City West

In Wednesday's league challenge, the visiting Traverse City West Titans volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Alpena Wildcats.
The Titans (14-13) will now prepare for their challenge against Petoskey (Petoskey, MI). The Northmen come into the Big North challenge with a 19-12 record. In their last challenge, Petoskey beat Sault Area (Sault St. Marie, MI), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Wildcats play the Manistique Emeralds (Manistique, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, October 18. Alpena will attempt to upgrade on its 6-12 season record. The Emeralds come into the challenge with a 10-8 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Marquette (Marquette, MI).
