California High School Volleyball - South Tahoe over Debbie Smith CTE Academy

The South Tahoe Vikings (South Lake Tahoe, CA) volleyball knocked off the visiting Debbie Smith CTE Academy Mavericks (Reno, NV), 3-0 in Wednesday's league contest.

The Vikings (16-12) will now prepare for their contest against Truckee (Truckee, CA). The Wolverines enter the 3A Northern - West contest with a 20-6 record. In their last contest, Truckee notched a victory over Incline (Incline Village, NV), 3-0, in a league contest.

Next, the Mavericks battle the Incline Highlanders (Incline Village, NV) in a 3A Northern - West battle, on Friday, October 17. Debbie Smith CTE Academy will attempt to improve on its 1-13 season record. The Highlanders go into the battle with a 8-8 record after their 3-0 league loss to Truckee (Truckee, CA).
